The Repression Of Frustrations: Of How I Learned to Sing in Silence.

I made this piece merging various aspects of my life into the characters and the background. I don’t wish to talk about the issues publicly… but no, it isn’t just a pretty picture. =D

But, I can say a thing or two about the other elements/symbols. The girl’s name is Morgan, which I think is a nice in-between sounding-name of Morgana and Morrigan. The flying thing is the Mikumiku… (don’t ask where I got this name from- to those who know me better it isn’t a stranger). The small blue flowers are Forget-me-nots. The *other floating islands are either alive or dying. The rest... I leave open to interpretation…

When an image represents an artist's feelings, you get it. Even if you don't understand it. The Repression Of Frustrations by *oz-haver is a wonderfully surrealistic piece boasting a dreary yet colorful palette. The finer details are what really makes this piece compelling, from the stark detail in the girl's figure, to the way field of forget-me-nots fades back and blends in with the horizon. nteresting feel to it. on one side you have this kind of depressed little girl then in the upper left you have these warm colors. it gives a nice contrast. well done

Este trabajo es excelente. Me quedo boba mirando a Morgan, los detalles!!!! Yo soy una freak de los detalles y me haz dejado sin palabras. Los colores, los tones azules se ven bellos. Y definitivamente la expresion en la cara de ella representa frustracion y depresion. :+fav:

Absolutely beautiful. :D I love all the subtle blue-violets of the colors. I think the ground stands out to me most for some reason. Awesome rendering .
